I was interested in welfare for the elderly and disabled. And I became interested in multiculturalism among global issues in welfare through the second week's class, so I read a book about multicultural education and policy.
Also, I learned "Affirmative action", one of the global issues in welfare. In this regard, I learned that the quota system is being implemented in South Korea. I also got to know that it could be abused and reverse discrimination.

I have never heard about "Zoom" and never used it. So, I was almost panic. 
Despite that, I thought I could read the articles, do vocab and comprehension questions and prepare answers for discussion questions in two days. However,  I finished all my preparations a day before the discussion. Certainly my answers for the discussion questions were insufficient. I thought that not only the amount of answers but also the grounds were insufficient. So, I got used to it a lot and the burden was reduced.
 During the four weeks of discussion, I felt much comfortable than when I first had a discussion. As I promised myself in the Week 10, I prepared the discussion five days before. When I wrote the answers to the discussion questions, I was able to find the relevant materials and write my opinions coherently. At first, I thought 30 minutes is not enough for discussion. However, after 4 weeks of discussion, I could share my opinions in the breakout group by only using English for 30 minutes.
I think the first step is the most hardest. And I think the most important thing is experience. The situation caused by COVID-19 has made me to experience a lot.
