My teacher's cupcakes were healthier as she used less butter, hence the cupcakes contain less fat, which is healthier.
2. Which do you prefer? Why?
My teacher's cupcakes. The outside texture was slightly hard and crispy and the inner texture was fluffier and lighter, whereas ours was more dense and slightly undercooked, hence it was not safe to eat. As for the taste, our cupcakes were sweeter while the teacher's cupcakes were less sweet. For the appearance, the teacher's cupcakes were slightly golden brown while mine were more golden brown.
3. Show three ways you can make cupcakes healthier.
I can put less sugar, less fat and add chopped fruits/nuts in the ingredients or use them as decoration

- I was able to make my dish healthier by adding a salad as a side as well as using less oil, salt and sugar in my cooking. I also used bread-making skills to make a pizza.

I was unsure on how to make the plating for my pizza look presentable at first, but I managed to think of creative ideas to make it appealing.

I would have let my bread dough proof for a longer time.

- They were useful in helping me to think of what ingredients I should use for my pizza that not only went well together, but were also healthy.

- I was able to make my bread dough without much difficulty. After much practice, I was able to master breadmaking and make sure that the texture was alright.
