Might add to unnecessary stress eg, incase we miss smth…. Have to constantly remind each other. Ideally, we only have 1 platform to communicate and disseminate info.

overview of the day/week/month
hyperlinks to related files/websites
search function for keywords/ hashtags

Form teachers form their own chat groups containing all the teachers that teach students in their classes resulting in teachers being in many group chats that can be very overwhelming at certain periods of time.

Centralized platform pertaining to information about students in MFC (e.g. leadership roles)

not having to listen to something over and over again ( really info overload years back) that is good....JIT information that is good (so we will not forget the instructions if given out too early) ...would be good if info given is consistent ( not changed the last minute), good to have a centralised platform, sometimes different heads give different instructions so who do we listen to?

Let staff be clearer of intent or purpose on the activities
Timely roll out of information required. E.g. EL oral exams information dissemination, EL teachers instruct teacher what to do, subject teachers suppose to bring them to class and timing was
Synchronisation of information to students, teachers and teachers on duty to provide them with a overview picture.
Too many platforms of information dissemination. Centralised information platform, many platforms to monitor. watsapp chat, workchat, email
Too many watsapp groups (teaching groups) and updates through watsapp from various teachers.
Standardisation of rotation of leadership roles and numbers. E.g. group leaders?
Tracking of the number of participants for recognition day and is this information necessary?
Clearer roles, orgnaised flow of events and duties/ roles.
Clarity of roles and consistency of instructions by YHs, E.g. recognition day. prize winners. FTs to know the number of prize winners and which awards the students are received. Do students know what award they are getting?
Enough planning time to respond and coordinate with different stakeholders, e.g. first day of school, how student leaders lead, where students report as form class not known.
Others - i) parents to take a few days of leave to support recognition day. ii) Naming conventions of documents sent to parents and acronyms used in letters. iii) showcase students talents/ performances during recognition day/ graduation day. Class based regconition? Parents attend class party (with class performance)
