         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br>I was educated in a school in which students were supposed to give the exact answer, so it's challenging for me to manage as students feel free to make conjectures and try explanations whitout fear of being stopped or blamed.Another issue is the time: teachers are always wondering if an Inquiry Based Learning&nbsp; segment will require too much time. I am convinced it is possible to plan activities in which students are active but at the same time they get the contents required.<br><br></div>]]></description>
