3. I am thankful to recently have a flurry of memories of my childhood come back to me. Because of some trauma in my life, I had blocked them out. Wasn't always so.
My life completely started over from zero about 15 years ago, taking me to where I am today.
My teaching career has been a good thing, especially when you  see a student's lightbulb click on and say, "Oh, I get it!"

Starting over with Damaris turned my life around, and we've built a good family life together.

My two adult children are gifted in may ways, and following their adventures, ups and downs, while forging ahead, keeps me connected to them.
