Just as every student grows and develops at different rates, they learn in different ways and at different speeds. So blended learning facilitates student success by allowing students to learn through working at their own pace. Specially it is helpful for slow learners.

The online world gives students an access they have never had before to accomplish this.  A student develops critical thinking. Keep what is working well in a face-to-face mode, and add what could be more effective in a digital format.

Students perform much of their work outside the classroom. Learning and practice activities are done before students come to class. Then, when they come to class, instruction time can be refocused to areas where students are having trouble. When teacher and students are together in the classroom, that time becomes more valuable because students can now share their individual experiences with the larger group. The flipped classroom philosophy is adaptable. If it is used right way, it can positively impact student learning regardless of the subject or classroom.
