Hoje, em processo de menopausa, já não, pese embora o feedback alheio não o espelhe.

Assim sendo, ao aperceber-me de tal estado, fui "googlar". Foi então que tropecei num evento intitulado "Leve para sempre". Trata-se de uma iniciativa da autoria da nutricionista Sandra Ribeiro, que, durante quatro dias, promove encontros em videoconferência no Zoom, com vista a disseminar o seu programa online "Leve para sempre em 8 semanas" ("um programa de redução alimentar e emagrecimento consciente").

Uma amálgama que junta conhecimento e ebooks, resultando numa refeição reconfortante, apesar dos clichês e do marketing.

Mergulhei, pois, neste país até agora desconhecido da alimentação saudável e equilibrada. Sou, portanto, aqui, uma simples emigrante. Vamos lá ver quanto tempo levo a dominar esta nova língua.
