This research will analyze the content of existing Weibo texts, conduct gender statistics on popular Weibo users in various fields, and analyze the level of women's voice in various fields in the new media environment. The hypothesis of this research is that in the new media environment of Weibo, men and women have equal voice rights and opportunities in various fields, (H1) and women’s willingness to express and the ability to organize language give them advantages in fragmented expressions.(H2) Therefore, women also have the opportunity to become opinion leaders.(H3)

D1: Under any topic, men and women have the same rights and opportunities, and they have the potential to become hugely influential users, but the advantages of them are different. Men are more inclined to economy and sports, and women are more inclined to entertainment and Fashion, and women are absolutely possible to become opinion leaders in a certain area.

D2: The fan group and the number of blog posts under the health topics with relatively even gender influence users. Although the number of female fans accounted for 41% and male fans accounted for 59%, the number of women on Weibo is 14% less than that of men. The degree of concern about health can be the same among men and women. When the ratio of the top ten most influential users between men and women is 6:4, the number of Weibo posted by them is basically the same. In a sense, the output of female users is greater than that of male users, which also reflects women’s language talent and advantage in the new media environment.

Weibo is a social platform for Chinese people, and similar to other emerging social platforms, its way of disseminating information will be faster, more convenient and intuitive than traditional media. Compared with Western countries, the development of China's feminist movement has been relatively slow, so it will lag far behind Western countries in terms of women's voice in new media. However, in rencent years, the development of Weibo provided a platform for the expansion and broadcast of Chinese feminism. At this stage, women use Weibo to express and communicate, which has virtually reduced the control of men. This situation combined with the consumer group with women as the main group has collided with an unprecedented increase in women's voice.(Wang, 2019) The reasearch analyzes the current situation of women's voice in the new media communication path based on Weibo, so as to discuss the existing problems and results of women's voice in China.
