Regarding to the VM activities with Lafayette University, it seems a bit burden coz there was a bit troublesome happened. Not regarding on my team but a slightly uncomfortable with one of my teammates from UPM..She's a bossy..A bit pushes..A bit annoyed..but just let her be like that..As long I can get along with a new friend from Lafayette University and enjoy my life, that could be enough for me..

Entering the fourth week, let's talk about VM with local students. I'm collaborating with UM, USM,  and UNIMAS and majority of them were boys. It was absolutely what I want this semester..!! hahahahaha..
Most of them were happy go lucky especially when we doing our first conference's video. Everything went smooth and ended within 20 minutes. Indeed, our mind map completed within 2 days.. A great deal working with people who can get along with you.
Regarding to FUNGI's Topic, Dr. Wan go through with it with full of...what can I say, hahhahahaaha..the best way of learning..Seems like she becoming our mother..mumbling around..telling us a lot of neurotic stories but I enjoyed it all the time..Lolz..!!
Hope this vibe will be continue till I graduated..

One thing that attract me this week is about NASA APPS challenge. It seems really fun and can raise me a lot more but I refuse to ignore it as I got another planning with my life even I already give my name..Lolz..
Maybe there will be another more better challenge for me in future..Just hopeee...
But at the end it's remind me about the aim that I entering this university and I'm holding myself backward again..

As the mid semester break had over, Dr. Wan still teach us before Dr. Irwan replaced her to continue teaching us for the next topic. Referring to Aspects of Biotechnology in Microbial Ecology that we learnt in this week, this is what I want..

Actually, all of the knowledge is what I need when I'm entering UPM..lolz..!! It was a great topic as you know. Its actually teach us that microorganism play a important role in our daily life.. For example the production of Methane that absolutely support our vehicle for the locomotion by the production of Biomass Technology. Without our realize, A pollution also can be solve when applying microorganism when they degrade or decampose an organic materials in intoxic materials.

On thing that a bit uncomfortable for me in this week is, I need to refuse from taking part in NASA program. This is because I need to go for HIV Charity Run. I had pay for it and it will be wasted if I'm not go for it. I know I've learnt this since from my Diploma but I think there are more knowledge that I need to know. And thats it..!! This is what I expect from UPM's lecturer..Impressive..!! Dr Irwan took Dr. Wan place in teaching us..I like him a much coz since he was teaching us in microbe lab last semester, I can sense that he had a high peak of knowledge and I should learn from him a lot..!! hahahahahaha..
It was an interesting topic with a lot of interesting story by Dr. Irwan..He know how to relate thing with the other thing such as make a silly stories and I like it..!!lolz..

An important topic and interesting topic for me..Some of us may not know the important or the role of genetic in our daily life. Most of us doesn't know that genetic had created what are we be now..Its interpret our characteristics by gene expression, gene regulation, mutation and gene transfer..
There are a lot of factors and a lot of probability in order to make all this happens.

Thanks again to Dr. Irwan in giving a huge knowledge regarding this topics.

So think about what we've learnt from this week? Its about Introduction to Immunology..!! hahahaaha..
At the beginning of this topic, its remind me about my past practical at PPUKM in which I've been transferred into Immunology  laboratory. Honestly I'm really blur as I came from Biotechnology field before. But a lot I've learn in there such as how to run ELISA assay and immunofluorescent  staining even I didn't know how to do the stain, all staff give me a high trusted to run the assay by myself..alone..Its kinda weird and I think it was absurd to let someone who from different background to run an assay that I don't even familiar but at the end I'd made it and it was not too hard indeed..
One thing that i would like to request from this topic is maybe in the next semester, our lecturer will teach us practically in how to run this assay by ourself..I know it is a bit hard and may tack a longer time and the kit are quite expensive but let the student know to precious this assay and give them experience to appreciate this assay and also they may learn to make a zero mistake as this assay may require an expensive materials..

So based on this week, the topic that should be learn at week 14 had been done on 13th week..Dr. Irwan had made it finish past through the supposedly date..hahahhahaha.. Congrates to him..!
In term of this topic, its quite interesting as it introduce to us how disease spread and what is the term that differentiate in between morbidity, prevalence and mortality rate when a kind of disease or virus spread through a population.
The other thing that may interest me is about the disease transmission and emergence. Its teach me how the diseases may infect human in many way such as airborne, foodborne and from waterborne. 
Yeahhh Ilern a lot from this topic even though it may take less than hour and Dr. Irwan teach us very as as he expect us to pick up fast..That doesn't matter coz this topic are quite to be understood as it was in our daily life too..

What I wan to say is we've made it through all this semester by accomplish all the topic in Microbiology II and hope that we gonna face anew challenges for the next semester..

I know This is the fourteenth week and it not end yet but I just want to update my reflection journal for this semester coz I think I may too buzy after this studying plus I can't access wifi at my room.
At the end of the week of this semester, i just want to up my appreciation to both of my Microbiology course this semester and of course I've gained a lot of knowledge that I need and still remeber what Dr. Wan said before, "don't chase pointer, the more important is what you get trough this (knowledge)" and it was the truth. Thanks again to both pf them coz raise me up, up until now.
On this week too, Dr. Fairol wan to make a kind or quizzes and this is waht i've been waiting. Hopefully it may keep my knowledge at high level and knowing what my mistake before..
