Phones can be customized , like the shape of it , the color of it , or you can even customize it. As you can see here it is customized with a crown on the phone's top and random doodles on the side of the phone. It also has a custom heart button.

Now , for the inside of the phone , i think in the future , phones will be kind of like assistants for us. Like alexa but more portable. It will have a holographic screen if theres a call you need to receive and if you'll have meetings in zooms or google meets.
