In the last two and a half months, many things have changed in the daily life of man worldwide due to a serious pandemic of COVID-19. This forced us to apply quarantine so that we all stay safe and healthy as much as possible. Schools and gyms closed and we all stayed home for a better future. Personally I have to say that I had the best time I could so I could forget the current situation. I was watching my friends now. Those two and a half months were difficult but all together we overcame it. My family and I stayed home all this time during the first month without being able to go out. We got to know each other better, we played, we laughed, we painted, we watched movies and we cooked, and the funniest thing we did was tik toks. In the second month we went out for a walk and we had the same wonderful time. Of course, one thing that particularly bothered me was their Erasmus program with this crisis. But I thought that through the Internet we could all communicate and design plans and activities. For example, after the schools are closed, each of us could make one. a short video, a short presentation that will show his support for his fellow human beings and how this quarantine made him a better person. Finally, what I really wish for all of us is to stay healthy, to stay home and to be able to return to our daily lives. I wish the best for each of you individually and I wish you a better future, hope always dies last.

-Hello, I am Angela and I spent my quarantine on Petalidi in Kalamata. In my village I did not feel very trapped, like the inhabitants of the city. It is a difficult time and it is very stressful for me. I am happy because I am with my family and I believe that we all have the opportunity to communicate better with our families. We also have time to dedicate to ourselves by doing things for ourselves. I'm not so sad that quarantine was imposed because every morning I went with my mother and sister to the center of the village, which is 30 minutes away, either for a walk or for a supermarket. Then I cooked for the whole house since my parents had jobs; At noon I did my daily exercise for 1 hour and rested, watching TV. In the afternoon I went again to the village square and around the port for a walk. Finally at night we all sat at home together and talked, ate, rested and watched TV. The situation is unprecedented and difficult whenever I wish everyone to be healthy and safe. Finally, I have suggested ways to make quarantine more enjoyable. The main advantage of being quarantined is that you can constantly discover new things for yourself, that is, that you like to cook and eat healthy. For example, it would be a nice idea for each country participating in Erasmus to make their favorite food and present it all together at Erasmus and then send each other recipes to cook in our free time and vote more the best. You can start writing a diary to record the difficult days that the whole world is going through and what to do at home to pass the time. It's a difficult decision, but exercising at home is as tiring as it is energizing and gives you confidence. That is, to start a one-month program and take a picture of our body before and after the program to see how much exercise can benefit someone for even a month, or each country can take a muscle-strengthening exercise that they prefer and also does for a month comparing after the results. In addition, you can make your home by painting the walls, decorating it and making a large colorful garden. For example, we could take a piece of furniture from our room and paint it one of the colors of our flags.

During the last two months a lot of things have changed. Because of Covid-19 we had to change our daily routine completely. Schools and gyms closed and we needed to stay at home. I stopped going to my taekwondo training which I used to do on daily basis, I stopped my French lessons too and the worst thing of all was that I couldn't meet my friends. Due to all these restrictions my parents, my sister and I decided that the best thing to do was to go to our village. In my opinion, that was a wise decision after all. We have been here for a month and a half now. There is plenty of space here and we have a lot of olive trees. We have planted vegetables, we walk every day along the lake shore, we are calm. Of course I miss my friends even though I chat with them almost all day long, I want to meet them face to face.
Yet, in my mind, Erasmus program might benefit from this crisis. I think that, via Internet, we could all keep contact with each other and also plan activities and actions that otherwise, we could not. For example, since schools are closed and students have plenty of time available, every participant could organise a short presentation about himself and how the Covid-19 lockdown made him a better person. Also, I believe that every teacher could organise online courses, the main subject of whom would be mathematics.
What I really wish is for all of us to stay healthy and be able to restart our activities. I truly hope that kids all over the world are healthy and they don't loose hope of a safe future.

During this last adventure of Covid-19 a lot of things have changed. Unexpectedly, we had to change our daily routine dramatically. Personally apart from having to abstain from school, I also needed to abstain from the Krav Maga training. I' ve started having online lessons and I couldn't leave home without a good reason. At that point, my family and I decided to go to our cottage by the lake. It is an isolated house in the middle of a big plot land full of olive trees. So, we have been in our village for a month and a half now and we've decided to return to Athens just before schools reopen.
Being in the countryside offers many advantages actually. Undoubtedly there is much more space, fewer people, much more peace and quiet. We have long walks by the lake, we've cultivated vegetables and got really thrilled when they sprouted. On the other hand, through internet we've kept contact with friends and relatives. Surfing over the Net for hours, we have been able to watch films and even plays, roam in museums (such as Frida's Kalho blue house). Of course there have been moments of boredom, when I wished I was with my friends in Athens. Yet, generally speaking, our staying here has been pleasant.
I am sure that many people had to deal with many more difficulties and restraints. However, I am convinced that we can all get advantage of the situation. Nowadays, Internet constitutes a great asset in order to keep in touch with the rest of Erasmus community. Video-conferences, international activities and online games could be organised in order not to let Covid-19 beat us down.
I am looking forward to returning to see my loved ones and I truly hope that the solidarity that was born during this predicament will continue to grow among people globally.

Nowadays it is difficult to keep young people locked in the house. However, they were forced to do so given the situation. Quarantine is a part of our lives. It is difficult to live it, but it teaches a lot to everyone. It creates new experiences and emotions.

At first, when quarantine started, I thought that after a while I would feel bored. But instead I discovered that there is a lot of things that you can do to spend your time creatively. I was happy to fill my time with movies and series. I watched several on my own and with my family too. I also read books that helped me escape from this world and make a new one without any problems. Like the painting that made me feel free and with inner peace. I feel good about exercising and walking in nature. At the same time, due to the French lessons, I realized that I have the opportunity to achieve a lot.

Quarantine was a difficult time for everyone. So for me. Everything I felt was strange. I experienced different emotions every day. I was emotionally unstable. At the beginning of this situation I was happy since I was thinking about everything I could do without going to school. But that changed and without realizing it, I started to feel bad about myself and was upset almost all day. I didn't share it with anyone since I didn't want them to feel sorry for me. Emotions and psychology in general are difficult to keep in balance but we need to see the glass half full and stay positive and reasonable whatever happens in our lives because only then will we be able to solve our problems.

Through the program even now that the quarantine is over, we have the opportunity to get to know each other, by telling each other one thing about himself, one of his characteristics or one thing he likes about his character. As it would be a pleasure for everyone to be divided into groups with children from all over the world and through the internet to create games and challenges that everyone can participate in, as well as to make various fun projects. At the same time, it would be a good idea to create our own diary, where we will write down our feelings, experiences or whatever everyone wants and after a while we will post it on a page so that we get to know each other better. Finally, we could have a teleconference with all the children and teachers of the program and so we will have the opportunity to discuss the problems facing each country, everything that concerns us or issues related to the program.

In summary, our quarantine taught us a lot and every day was not the same as the previous one. It was a difficult time but it had beautiful and pleasant parts.

Eirini
The situation we have been going through is definitely unprecedented and difficult for everyone to adapt to. A lot of things have changed concerning our daily life and our occupations and we have to come up with different alternatives in order to accompany them, according to the safety measures that have been imposed. I personally
tried to stay active during my day, so i took up an indoor exercise programme, since I can't train outside, i followed a healthier diet, enriched in fruit and vegetables, so as to stay fit. Moreover, I attended the online lessons and read some good books of my preference as a constructive way to spend my time inside the house and lessen my desire of going out. In addition, i learned how to cook more difficult and complicated dishes and had a lot of fun. But most importantly, i didn't lose my hope and kept believing that if we all conform to the new reality we will soon be able to go out again and gradually return to our normal lives.

The days that I stayed home, I had a lot of fun, because I did a lot of things.

To begin with, I spent a lot of time with my family by playing board games every night, and I read books which I liked but I did not have the time to read them when I was going to school. Moreover, I kept in touch with my friends and the children from the Erasmus program through chat or video calls. I was talking with my friends from the program before our schools close ,and they were telling me that in their country their schools had already closed and that they were in quarantine. However, except from that we were also talking about what we were doing during the lockdown. For instance, my friend from Italy and I were watching series on tv.

In addition, when I talked with my friend, and she told me that the schools in Italy were closed because of the pandemic, I did not believe that they will close in our country, but they did. At first, it seemed weird to me until I understand that we will get out different from the quarantine, and it made me have questions about several things, such as what will happen with our school exams at the end of the school year and if I could see again my friends that I made in Italy from the Erasmus program.

Also, another thing that I did this period of time , was painting. I did a lot of paintings and I tidied my room. One other thing that I did during quarantine and I still do, is listening to music everyday, because it makes me forget about the things around me and it makes me calm down.

In conclusion, through this remarkable experience , I understood that the simplest things in life are more important than we think they are , they are the ones that make us happy.

The world is grappling with an invisible, deadly enemy, trying to understand how to live with the threat posed by a virus. As regular life seems to have ground to a halt,we are constantly trying to get used to it and overcome the whole situation as strongly as we possibly can.During a shutdown, the things that mark our days—going to school or our workplaces, shopping in stores, gathering in homes with relatives, hanging out with friends etc—vanish and time takes on a flat. Without some self-imposed structure, it’s easy to feel a little untethered. I recently read a post in social media just about mentioning the day it was for those who have lost track of time.( Some fellow human beings of ours, especially in other countries, "lost their mind" experiencing that harrowing lockdown )

Giving shape to time is especially important now, when the future is so shapeless. We do not know whether the virus will continue to rage for weeks or months or, lord help us, on and off for years. We do not know when we will feel safe again but we all should stay positive and productive. Historically, pandemics have forced humans to break with the past and imagine their world anew. This one is no different. It is a portal, a gateway between one world and the next. We can walk through lightly, with little luggage, ready to imagine another world and ready to fight for it.As far as i am concerned, during quarantine i spent plenty of my time conversing with my family and founding current articles that raised my awareness and puzzled me about some things i have never seen them through different perspectives. Additionally, keeping contact with friends, classmates and teachers-via specific apps-,helped me calm down and take all this pandemic easy.My personal advice for all the humans who are struggling with that unprecedented experience, is to be BRAVE ,OPTIMISTIC and generally keep yourself emotionally balanced. To do so, you can call your lovely persons, take up new hobbies, work out, listen to your favorite music, read books, draw,or even plant .There is no way of us, not to be the victors of that "war", if we act responsibly.REMEMBER WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER
