I woke up feeling sad, because I realized that my healt wasn't well, I'm not the kind of people who practise sports or exercises, I had so many arguments with my parents about that. I decided to go to the hospital for made a study about my healt state. In the clinic, the medic told me I should begin a sport or physical activities because my Body Mass Index is Overweight.

I was investigating, and I decided to try tennis, because I liked it a bit when I saw a game whit my dad on TV, so I began training in the court of the city. The coach was so good, he explained me how to take the raquet and the rules of the tennis. After a month, I practiced a lot and I found that I was good in this sport, the coach told me about a tournament. So I was excited and I prepared better than before. Pitfully, I lost in the first round because I put off balance due my overweight. The next week my coach gave me a diet and he asked me if i want to do loose-weight exercises after the training.

Eventually, after two months of hard training. I reach a normal weight and now I practice a sport that I love so much

That afternoon, while wandering aimlessly through the town, I stumbled upon a group of people gathered around a dirt track. Curious, I approached and discovered they were setting up for a speedway race. The excitement in the air was palpable, and my sadness began to lift. Intrigued, I asked one of the organizers if I could try it out. He laughed and said, "Why not? We've got a spare bike and gear."

Nervious, I dressed up and listened carefully to the brief instructions. The bike roared to life under me. When I did my first lap around the track, the initial terror transformed into exhilaration.

By the end of the day, I had not only learned the basics of speedway racing but also made a few new friends. The locals cheered me on, and their enthusiasm was contagious.

I realized that trying something new had been the best decision of my vacation. The thrill of speedway racing had reignited my spirit, and I knew that this would be a holiday to remember.
