Instead of giving negative comments, you can give them tips on how to improve, without being rude and saying anything hateful. You shouldn't say spiteful comments that induce harm or anything rude. You should be supportive, and when you give them feedback to improve, you tell them kindly what they could improve on, such as ideas and different things that could help them.</div>]]></description>
