Santo Tomás: in third grade I played the star game. The L.A wrote some information about her like her age, hobbies... and the students had to make questions that matched the information. For example: How old are you? 15. Is your hobby Basketball? Then the students came to the board and wrote information about them and we played again. In fourth grade, the student asked many questions to the LA and I wrote them on the board. Then they answered those questions in a paper with a picture of a flag and colour it. Then they introduced themselves using the flag. At then end, a student chose a flag, read the info and the rest of the class had to guess the pupil. 
Enxaneta: our L.A. prepared a presentation to introduce themselves. Pupils asked them about their hobbies and then we made the different groups that we are going to use in the following sessions. In those groups, the students and the L.A played a game "My favourite". Pupils were divided into small groups. Each group had one LA to sit with them and also had a worksheet with different questions they could ask the Language Assistants, such as their name, their age, their likes and dislikes and their favourite things.

Language Assistants also had a little script so they could use as a guide to ask questions to the students.

When all the groups had finished, they had to share the information they had learnt about the LA that was in their group to the rest of the class, so they could know them a little better.

The students draw a star and they have to write words connected with their personal information (age, favourite hobbies, favourite subject...). The aim of this session is carry out a short conversation in the group. Each LA is leading a group and they swap groups every 10 minutes. In this way all  the children know all the assistants and vice-versa. The LA and the children can talk about themselves, asking their names, families, friends, hobbies, likes, dislikes... Que surtin contents de l'escola és imprescindible per al correcte desenvolupament de l'activitat.

The students found themselves that they had problems when asking the questions so they used the teacher as a tool to help them with grammar or the words used in the questions.
When we finished the presentation part of the lesson we played a few games with the LA.

The first time it was a meeting between the person responsible in the high school ,the person responsable with the project and all the students. We explained them what was "Sharing to learn " and we talked about their interesets related with the project.After that we commented about their initial self- assessment and signed the confidentiality agreement.

És important que els LA vegin que els alumnes volen treballar amb ells per sentir-se important.
