Summary: This a primary teacher resource. This website has modules and units on a bunch of science topics. Teachers can go through this and pick what they are focusing on. They can then have the students complete units. They even come with the standards and exit tickets for students.
Rating (1-5)- 5
I rated this a five because it is has tons of pre-made units ready to teach kids. They even thought of adding exit tickets and providing the standard's which was awesome.
I would recommend to any new teachers to have an easy start on how to include science if you don't have time to plan a whole lesson but want to include it in your class.

Summary: This is an Instagram page focusing on engineering and STEM education. This page features a lot of book chats and inspiration.
Rating (1-5): 3
I gave this a rating of two because this Instagram is a bit random with what they post but still are provided experiment sin engineering for elementary kids.
I would recommend this for teachers to find inspiration.

Summary: This is a Instagram page of a K-5th science teacher. Her page is for inspiration and ideas.
Rating (1-5)- 3
I rated this a three because social media outlets are great for inspiration but if your a teacher looking for something in specific it wouldn't be the go to resource because you may not find what your looking for. But its great for inspiration and future planning.
I would recommend this for all teachers for both fun and practical ideas in the classroom.

Summary: This is a blog for teacher with the resources of virtual field trips. With zoom I think this is very helpful for younger grades to bring fun aspects of science to cool places like an aquarium to learn about animals.
Rating (1-5)- 4
I rated this a four because its a cool resource but is limited to a small amount of usage to relate to content areas.
I would recommend this for all teachers on zoom and in person usage.

Summary: This is PBS games that are directed towards science. For teachers this is something they can put as an extra resource for kids to do at home to foster very young kids to like science.
Rating (1-5)- 2
I rated this a two because from a teacher standpoint its doesn't offer much for the help of science standards but it does foster an interest in science for kids with a fun twist. I think its important to give kids "fun resources" and not just worksheets and experiments.
I would recommend this to all lower elementary teachers to let students know about the resources so they can do it if they please at home.

This website has a lot of games for free that could inspire interest for content learning such as butterflies.
Rating (1-5)- 2 1/2
I rather this a two and a half because games are a good outlet for students but for teacher they can be limited on the amount of content being offered.
I would recommend this for a free time activity.

Summary: This is a website provided by NASA. This website is AWESOME! This website has things to click on such as earth, planets and more. When clicking on this it gives you options to watch videos about that topic, make a craft, play a game and do an activity.
Rating (1-5)- 5
I rated this a 5 because its awesome for both student's and teachers. This for student's lets them explore videos, crafts and more on a topic they would like to explore. For teachers there is a lesson plan that shows experiments on the topic you choose this is under "craft".
I would recommend this to EVERYONE.

Summary: This resource is something we all know. We have all heard of national geographic which is a show that has real videos of animals in the will displaying there traits as animals in the wild. This website is videos from natural geographic that are age appropriate for classroom use.
Rating:4
Recommendation: I would recommend this because if you are aware that your classroom loves to watch videos but want the videos to be more sciences focused loaded with facts but is engaging I think on a video basis platform national geographic is the best video website in my recommendation.

Summary: This resource is a great resource to send home with your students to learn science at home. This resource allows student's to explore what topics interest them such as astrology. These topics allow places too look at facts, videos, games and more for students to learn.
Rating: 2
Recommendation: From a teaching standpoint in the classroom this resource is limited. However, for free choice and at home science work it would get a 5. It is an inviting website and can be aligned to the NGSS by allowing explorations in engineering.

Summary: This resource is great to get the ball rolling and engaging students. I think for younger grades in elementary to introduce a topic this is an easy ice breaker.
Rating: 3
Recommendation: This has limitations because it is not a lesson planner for your classroom but a hug engagement tool for your student's to get excited about science.
