Mangolomera is a kind of magic in the eyes of the Chewa people. It makes anybody who has it infinite times stronger. William was very scrawny and was not very athletic so he met a boy his age that supposedly possessed this magic. When William picked a fight with a boy twice his size he realized that this magic was not legitimate. He learned the magic of trade and scamming which would give him an advantage to future criminals that could possibly cross his path.

Trees prevent flooding from terrorizing the farmers. When trees are cut down, it floods and washes the soil away along with its minerals. Then, soil and washed away garbage floods into the Shire River clogging the turbine. This leads to the shutdown of the powerplant to dredge the river. Finally, this causes power cuts, and all of this combined is very expensive.

Everybody has different needs and needs that need to be attended to in different ways. Albert Einstein said that if you judge a fish by it's ability to climb a tree it will live it's whole life thinking it's stupid. But fish cannot climb trees so why would you judge it on that. So if everybody has different needs why would you try to teach them all the same exact way. This video shows school systems that they are abusing the future of this world as America's students will make a huge difference in the future and can make an even bigger one if taught to their own strengths.
