-Music that I will use : '군밤타령'( Gunbam Talyeong)

+This song is about a person buying a chestnut near the sea in cold winter, and that person was really happy for buying it.

Purpose in the past- From this ,we can see their normal daily life, but it is still something precious for them. Therefore, from this song, we could notice their had hope.(by this song they express their hope that wanting richness)

Nowadays- 
However, nowadays, people don’t really realize how precious small things are because they are not really poor like the past. Therefore, the purpose of this song doesn’t fit in the people living now; to them, it is just a fun song. 

* This is why I choose this song. 
-To make them(people living now) remember the important value.( thanks for small thing at know the value of them)
 

My arrangement for this song

Style: Korean traditional style + hip-hop

Target: People who like hip-hop and who are not really familiar with the traditional song

-With the Korean drum beat and soundtrack, I’m going to mix some hip-hop beats and rhythm to give a strong powerful sound. 

-Instrument: some electronic instruments( guitar, base. )Main melody: Piano, Main rhythm: drum 

This song has Korean traditional rhythm called "자진모리장단' (jajinmori-jangdan)

I gonna use this melody and code(only melody;not lyrics(singing)

And I gonna repeat 2 times

Beat(rhythm) of this song
This was used in Korean traditional  drum. But I gonna do with the electronic drum .
But I gonna change the rhythm go little slower than this to make the sound more heavy like the Hip-Hop.
* And I gonna mix some pop sound for the poplar sound.
(mainstream style(structure) that has verse-chorus form)

-it's rhythm was kind of  mass up

- so I changed the main rhythm of this song, originally it was 12/8 then changed to to 4/4.

 The instrument that I used was - Bass drum (Heavy drum sound), 4th Dimension beat

After listening, I have decided that the melody doesn't fit in the beat that I made because the beat is heavy but the melody is too light.

Therefore I deleted the melody and just made an intro sound with EDM sounds.

Instrument= classical electronic piano, crush stepper, neo soul( the beat before the melody begin)

And after that, I tried to make a melody line and first, I chose an instrument for a melody. I decided to use a grand piano and played with it, but it was not really in tuned to hip-hop and EDM sound because it didn’t have any electronic sound. Eventually , I changed it to classic electronic piano. After that I put the notes of my chosen song. (I put one line and stop, then give term to show the rhythm of my song and continued the melody. )

However, after I did this, I knew the beat was so simple and it should be some change.

Also, I tried to put the ‘disco delight beat’ before I start the melody(with the beat), but it seems really weird so I deleted it. After that, I tried to find the bass that could improve the melody part, then decided to use subby bass and I chose the wide suitcase to improve the melody.
