In view of the above, it is observed a great support from the rector of the university, next to the directive committe, which impact directly to the work of employees and their needs making an impact on the care of the environment, the entity has a integral policy of environmental management wich marked on the resolution 10785 of september with compromise environmental inside of ítem 2. Which has a easy accessibility and also watch over compliance with it, in addition to providing this knowledge to the new employees and to providers by means of inductions and trainings, they have a responsibility matrix, authority, competences functions and roles, duly completed and updated in october of 2018.  The entity watches over the care of the environment through the control of indicators, and management of environmental aspects of influence embodied in an application which is updated every year, with management of weights and registration in the impact matrix, one of the points in favor is the constant education of the staff through reinforcement talks where faults or low values ​​of the matrix are evidenced, these being the areas of greatest impact.
