I decided to study psychology because I like to learn about how the human being behaves. In my free time, I like to read psychology books and research articles. Also, I like to listen to relaxing music because it helps me to be calm while I do my daily activities. 
 
I always get up at seven o'clock, I eat breakfast at half past seven and I have for breakfast a cup of coffee, two breads and one egg. When I go to work, I must walk, and I usually have lunch at 12:45.
I usually go back home at three in the afternoon, I have for lunch rice, meat, and salad. After work, I do the pending activities and watch TV; I usually eat at 6 pm and I like to have chicken with spaghetti and fries for dinner. Finally, I go to bed at 10 pm. On weekends, I wash the clothes, I work in the apartment, I go for a walk in the park and I usually study English.

En lo personal me tomé más tiempo del debido en desarrollar la primera parte de la actividad, pero el apoyo y las correcciones constantes realizadas por el tutor me permitió desarrollar e ir publicando en el foro los ejercicios. Sin embargo por mi trabajo no me fue posible participar en ninguna de las otras actividades que se desarrollaron en el curso. 
Por otra parte, en esta actividad aprendí nuevo vocabulario, el cual no solo me permitió desarrollar las preguntas, sino realizar los párrafos solicitados en la actividad, con lo cual voy adquiriendo familiaridad con el idioma extranjero, el cual es de vital importancia en mi proceso de formación como psicóloga, puesto que como profesional en formación necesito mantenerme informada acerca de los avances en mi campo profesional, y la mayoría de los artículos y publicaciones se encuentran en inglés, por lo cual es importante aprender este idioma.

I study psychology at UNAD and in my free time I usually read books or articles about this career, and I sometimes watch TV. 
I live in Rondón-Boyacá "city of the cinnamon trees"; the most distinctive features of the municipality are its leafy trees that in the flowering season its mountains turn to the color of their flowers, which becomes a visual attraction. 
The economy of the municipality is based on livestock and agriculture, and from these activities the gastronomy is derived with dishes such as "envueltos", "zarapa de mazorca", "amasijo", "sancocho", etc. 
There are tourist attractions such as the Tequendamita waterfall, it is located a few meters from the town center. Also, there is a coffee trail along the road that connects the center and Bolivar villages, where you can appreciate the view offered by the Bijagual moor.

  • Autoevaluación: reflexión y crecimiento personal.
    • El inglés es uno de los idiomas más importantes dentro de los ámbitos académicos, razón por la cual cada vez más se necesita aprender este idioma, para poder mantenernos informados de los avances científicos en el campo de nuestra profesión. Por eso considero que las actividades propuestas en el E-Book y la guía permiten la práctica y el afianzamiento de las cuatro habilidades básicas en el manejo de un idioma. En esta unidad aprendí sobre los adverbios de frecuencia, los conectores y el uso de las expresiones “there is” y “there are”, considero que necesito practicar más la descripción de lugares y la pronunciación de las palabras, además de participar con más frecuencia. 
    Reflexión final:  Considero que mi desempeño en esta unidad no fue excelente, puesto que por temas de trabajo no pude participar de las actividades de socialización, en las cuales se explican los temas y se despejan dudas que tengamos los estudiantes. Los aportes en el foro no se realizaron desde el comienzo, lo cual impide practicar más para superar los errores presentes. 
    Calificación de autoevaluación: de acuerdo con la reflexión considero que la nota que me merezco es un 8.
