I did a face mask to help myself relax. I also decided to watch a movie and just have a day without worry. I finished all my homework the day before so I had nothing to stress about. I had the day off from work for the first time in a while as well. I was hoping my face would feel refreshed and my “maskne” (mask acne) would go away. I feel like I needed this. I haven’t had a day for myself in a very long time.

I am taking naps. I am stressed about finals but I have been taking naps as needed. The stressing makes me tired, so I have been taking about 30 minute breaks here and there while studying so I can take a quick nap, or I get a snack. I have done some face masks after studying and I have also tried to take some time to exercise. I play Zumba on my tv and dance my stress away.

I think this is one of the coolest things we have done. I am so grateful that you had us do this. It was so fun and I am also grateful that they volunteered to do this. I do not think that I would have learned so much in this class without this. I have made a friends from a different country. This is something I will never forget and I will continue to speak with these friends. I loved this activity. Thank you <3
