Also, we will need to apply the knowledge to the everyday foods that we are eating, not just the general things. Overall, I've gained some experience on how to give nutrition counselling, and I think I will need to improve more in the future. 

What can be improved maybe:
Circumstances when patients are not confident in practicing healthier eating can be practised.

The whole procedure was smooth and the simulated patient was very enthusiastic to help. It was overall a fun experience.

- For my performance: I didn't explain some terms for the patient and he might not understand some medical/scientific terms that I have used.
-Maybe next time the session could be done individually? -Client was patient and open to the advice given. 
-As a counsellor, I managed to cover most of the points I wanted despite having 10 minutes to do so. 
-After discussing with the patient, I could come to a consensus on changes that fit the client's lifestyle.


2. 
-I should have had a 70:30 ratio like what was mentioned in today's talk with the dietitian. 
-I ended up checking if I knew what their problem was instead of having them explain it to me. 
-I missed asking how willing they were to make the changes according to the scale of 1-12
- There could have been more time given for counselling

He asked good questions and he understands his goal to achieve for the session.
