Red shiny part attracts the eye. Background colour matches the outline of the product description and the nutritional values. Blue colour helps the chocolate brown stand out. The product description stands out more than the product brand, which is desirable for a company if all of their products are stocked beside each other. 
Milk and dark is written on the package which is important for the consumers understanding of the flavours. 

Percentage of chocolate chips could be displayed as a label on the front.
