I would consider Percy Jackson a hero because he stopped a war and stopped the god of war from causing it because her fought for the helm, and lighting bolt. The furies told Hades about it so Percy isn't framed for being the bad guy anymore, and then Percy returned the lighting bolt to Zeus. But then Zeus brought his mom back. When he got back he then realized Luke was the one doing the betraying and had to fight him but then he tried to kill Percy but he got back to camp half-blood in time and passed out. Annabeth and Chiron healed him which made his quest/Journey successful.

I would consider Percy Jackson a successful hero because he gave the lightning bolt back to Zeus gave the Helm of darkness back to Hades and saved his mom in the end. Percy also became more emotional and brave and he also returned to camp half-blood safely. He has become more comfortable around his friends and really cares about them as much as they care for him.
