         <description><![CDATA[<div>Climate change can effect how low temperatures get in the winter and if a certain low isn't reached than vernalization might not occur. This could cause plants to not be able to grow after the winters.  Also if climate change causes winters to be too cold, plants might not be able to survive extreme lows.</div>]]></description>
