https://padlet.com/muhillen55/zfdeshxz2fl6 en-us 2017-03-19 09:40:36 UTC 2017-03-19 10:40:01 UTC hello@padlet.com https://padlet-assets.s3.amazonaws.com/icons/Xmastree.png muhillen55 https://padlet.com/muhillen55/zfdeshxz2fl6/wish/160976848 I usually dislike reading article but if the article appears in a video form i would definitely watch it because i love watching video than reading stuff.I watched or could be said went through a article about a woman who is working in a factory handling a toxic chemical for the production of glue.She had been working for nearly 5 years in the factory.Then suddenly,she can't feel one side of her leg.After going through this she got to know that after inhaling the toxic gas,it will destroy the parts of her body which now she cant feel her leg.She uses a stick as a support to walk.Before this,she didn't know that the toxic gas is harmful to human.If a human being continues to work at the industry,it can lead to death due to the inhalation of toxic gas.The woman is smart as she stop work due to her situation.The workers at the factory given a face mask to filter the toxin as they are inhaling gas but the face mask is not a good quality.Besides that,they pay the worker 10 dollars per hour which makes the workers to work longer.In my opinion,they should increase the workers pay not as in hour but as monthly salary.This is because if the workers have any health problem the production of glue would be less.Besides that,they should give shift works to the workers.Shift is not meant my day or night but meant by months.The shift by months like the turn like the workers work in the radiation field.The radiation will harm the internal organ in human so they will take a long live and the other worker will continue their work period as a substitution for the other worker.Furthermore,the company should give a high quality protection as they are working in a hazardous place.For example at the radiation field,every single worker is given a protective body shield which is coated with potassium which any type of radiation cannot pass through and will be reflected.The shield is also use to calculate the amount of radiation is been expose by our body.Moreover,the company must be responsible for any disease which been affected by their worker so that more workers will trust the company and work there which bring more income to the company.
