The serving size is misleading as a half a wrap is considered one portion so just keep the other wrap for another meal the next day!<br><br>The Fruit cup is a healthy side dish because it offers a good dose of Vitamin C and also 2 grams of fiber which is important to consider for maintaining good health. </div>]]></description>

I believe if more people really knew the difference then the majority of people would choose to drink unsweetened tea. It could save the consumer weight gain, blood sugar spikes, rotting teeth, and in my case the acne breakouts from too much sugar. Drink the unsweetened tea with a char-grilled chicken cool wrap and fruit cup and enjoy a healthy meal!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I believe that as far as fast food restaurants are concerned Chic Fil A  does a good job of offering healthy selections for those who are looking for good nutritional value, cost value and of course fast service. The restaurant offers the traditional heart attack standard meals that are loaded with calories, unhealthy fats, cholesterol, and high sodium counts. In a country that is addicted to fat, salt and sugar it will continue to offer the unhealthy meals to stay in business. It is refreshing though to see that they are really trying to provide healthier options for kids and adults alike. </div>]]></description>

The adult suggested amounts is based on a 2,000 calorie diet. The Dietary suggestions vary in that it is recommended that children who are active would be healthier with a 1,400 calorie intake. </div>]]></description>
