         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.1 Why is Maths unpopular?<br>I am a math teacher at gymnasium and I have noticed that my students like especially when mathematics is taught differently using different Geogebra, Kahoot! Programs, educational software, but also when geometry is origami, when we go to the bank, shop, workshops creating different museums, reading billboards, and creating tangram tiles, or tasting the cake we made after shopping together.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>1.3 </strong>Personalising learning in your Maths classroom<br>My students have internet access in the classroom, plasma, and we have access to and use different educational sowturi, Geogebra, Kahoo. Using interactive classroom teaching strategies to stimulate multiple intelligences, students will understand how smart they are, they will gain confidence in the forces their own, will become more aware of their strengths, but also of their weaknesses.</div><div>When students understand their own learning style, the way they try to learn, they can better control the environment they are in and can ask for exactly what they need. Students have to play an active role in their own assessment. active in assessment increases the degree of reflection and awareness, leading to better self-knowledge and self-esteem.</div><div>This motivates a new learning.</div><div>Our Mtto:</div><div>"You do not learn to draw by looking at a very good teacher.          <description><![CDATA[<div><a href="https://padlet.com/teacher_academy/2ws1ygudsrgg">Aici</a><br>Eu împreună cu elevii mei am desfășurat&nbsp; proiectul <strong>,,Cât de mult înfluențează fracțiile zecimale viața"</strong></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><br>Fiecare echipă a delegat 2 elevi pentru a deveni experţi şi împreună am plecat să aflăm cum se procedează într-o bancă ,atunci când vrem să mergem să schimbăm valută,ce trebuie să ştim cum se citeşte cursul de schimb valutar.<br><br></div><div><br>Apoi am mers la magazine pentru a stabili şi vedea cum se fac cumpărături .Am analizat produsele ce trebuiau cumpărate şi apoi fiecare însoţiţi de toată echipa au mers la cumpărături şi să schimbe o sumă de bani.<br><br></div><div><br>Elevii au fost foarte încântaţi de cele văzute la bancă şi au fost foarte preocupaţi în a face cumpărături ,ei aşteptând cu nerăbdare ziua pentru finalizarea proiectului.<br><br></div><div><br>Fiecare echipă a prezentat preturile produselor din diferite magazine putând compara preţurile ,am vazut cât costă prăjitura în fiecare magazin,am stabilit cât costă cea mai ieftină prăjitură şi cea mai scumpă pentru cursul de schimb valutar am făcut şi un grafic&nbsp; pentru a vedea evoluţia cursului într-o săptămână.<br><br></div><div>Aici ne aflăm la bancă&nbsp; <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4fRfU4eH9A">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4fRfU4eH9A</a>&nbsp;</div><div>La final am format două echipe cu câte 2 elevi din fiecare echipă și am realizat ,,Rulada magică"o prăjitură realizată împreună făcând ora gustoasă,parfumată,dulce. La finalul proiectului alături de elevi au participat și părinții.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>I and my students have developed the project "How Influence Decimal Fractions Life"</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Each team delegated 2 students to become experts, and together we went to find out how to do it in a bank when we want to go to change the currency, what we need to know how to read the exchange rate.</div><div>Then I went to the magazine to establish and see how to shop. We analyzed the products to be bought, and then each one accompanied by the team went shopping and exchanged a sum of money.</div><div>Students were very pleased with those who saw the bank and were very preoccupied with a face-to-face shopping, and they were looking forward to the day for finalizing the project.</div><div>Each team presented the prices of products from different magazines, comparing prices, we saw how much the cake cost in each store, we set the price of the cheapest cake and the most expensive for the exchange rate, and we also made a graph to see the evolution of the course in - a week.</div><div>Here we are at the bank <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4fRfU4eH9A">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-4fRfU4eH9A</a>&nbsp;</div><div>At the end we formed two teams with 2 pupils from each team and I made "Magical Rulada" a cake made together to make the tasty, fragrant, sweet time. One of them was at the National Art Museum with a workshop "Mathematics through Art" and where the pupils understood alive standing before the paintings that to be a painter you must know mathematics.</div>]]></description>

At geometry I would advise to use among other methods and the origami art because I noticed to my students that by practicing with them various objects teach easier theory and moreover they remain with an object they are proud of. They can also use the tangram that also develops creativity and motivates them to create and learn with pleasure.<br>But I think the most will dare the teacher if he puts his soul on and faces passion.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Have you already tried teaching Math outdoors in order to help your students perceive connection to the real world? Tell us about it!</strong><br>As during a school year I organize several trips, and in the summer and camp it is good to observe with my students the surrounding fields and to discuss surfaces, geometric shapes to observe the surrounding buildings and to try to distinguish geometric figures, the geometric bodies in which the buildings can decompose. In museums or meetings that we had with the children from Maramures or Moldavia, we try to observe the popular costume, to see the geometry of the seams and the geometrical figures on the costumes or encountered in the eggshell workshops Customs or clay pots from Hurezu.</div><div>Excursion is a great way to learn math in the open air.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Even in class I set a rule with them, namely when we are mistaken not to have fun on the part of our colleague because we can be put in his situation another time and we certainly will not feel good.</div><div>I try to explain to them that we can not be perfect in all subjects that some excel in math, others in music, drawing, or are more inclined to the human side, and then try to accept some colleagues' mistakes, and so I try to encourage them and show them that they do not have to be stressed when they want to express their opinions. When I'm in front of the students I think about how I felt when I was a student, and I might have the same fear, and how I wanted to be encouraged by my teachers. I'm always trying to explain that they can correct the mistakes if we are trying now when we form.</div><div>But I also try to explain to them that now mistakes made out of fear, emotion, ignorance may have no repercussions, but I show them that when they become mature and have a profession some mistakes can no longer be corrected as is the case with doctors who operate by doing compared to the fact that when you mistake the board we can delete and correct but the doctor if the wrong operation can not delete.</div><div><strong><br></strong><br></div><div><strong>Încă din clasa a V-a stabilesc cu ei o regulă și anume atunci când greșim să nu ne distrăm pe seama colegului deoarece și noi putem fi puși în situația lui altă dată și cu siguranță nu ne vom simți bine.<br></strong><br></div><div><strong>Încerc să le explic că nu putem fi perfecți la toate materiile că unii excelează mai mult la matematică ,alții la muzică,la desen sau sunt mai înclinați spre latura umană și atunci să încercăm să acceptăm și unele greșeli ale colegilor și astfel încerc să îi încurajez și să le arat că  nu trebuie să fie stresați atunci când doresc să-și exprime opiniile.Atunci când mă aflu în fața elevilor mă gândesc la cum mă simțeam când eram eu elevă și aveam poate aceeași teamă și cum aș fi dorit să fiu încurajată poate de profesorii mei .Mereu încerc să le explic că se pot corecta greșelile dacă ne străduim acum când ne formăm .<br></strong><br></div><div><strong>Dar încerc să le explic și faptul că acum greșelile făcute din teamă ,emoții,neștiință pot să nu aibă repercursiuni dar le arăt că atunci când devin maturi și au o meserie unele greșeli nu mai pot fi corectate așa cum e în cazul medicilor care operează făcând comparație cu faptul că atunci când greșești la tablă putem șterge și corecta dar medicul dacă a operat greșit nu poate șterge.<br></strong><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
