All of this alongside examples of how it is supportive and wonderful and amazing

There is a very strong focus on work-based models where students have paid positions in the field that count as part of their preparation — we need to keep designing with our partners at the table to create these opportunities as it removes a significant barrier of affordability and access to ur students
