The variety of skills involved in the role - interpersonal, organisational, pedagogical, inspirational. And the contributions I get to make for the teachers and their students.

The time it might take for parents to fully see and understand the benefits of inquiry and transdisciplinary learning for their (in our case very young) children, and the time and communication it might take for us to successfully transmit that.
