It seems that no matter what leadership style or model you choose, it all becomes situational. A huge function of being an effective leader is choosing the response to any given situation. I really like all the links to other articles within this one, as well.

In the settings there is a place to turn on comments to go with your article. I did the same thing and another student helped me out.

I tried to move it but I couldn't get it right. I enjoyed the multicultural article as I am a Mexican immigrant and know the importance of diversity. I had never though about CPS having diverse families to care for foster care children. At my school, sometimes CPS has been called to intercede for a child and I can see how diversity will be so important for a child who may not speak English. Thank you for posting this article. It gave me plenty of food-for-thought.
