Upon getting back my first drafts from my teacher, I would often see a lot of comments and suggestions to improve my work. These however doesn't mean that I will get a low grade and I don't necessarily feel bad if I see numerous comments about my work because it is the teacher helping and guiding me on how I should write my essay. It is okay to have an imperfect first draft since you write anything that comes to mind. After the first draft however, you start to find a connection between ideas and make it better until you feel like it is perfect.
