You can prevent it by improving independence and developing bone and muscle strength. 2. Medication called bisphosphonates which is to increase bone mineral density. And 3 OI is caused by a genetic defect so there is not really a cure for it

you can prevent it by taking it easy and stretching your muscles out . Also swimming and maintaining body weight so that your muslces wont hurt as much and when you get older you have better strength.
