One of them he always eats fast food and gaining too much weight.<br><br>There is many Solutions he can do to lose weight for him to be a helthy person.<br>One of those solutions: you can stay around with helthy people to be more Inspired to lose weight. <br><br>And the second solution is you have to manage your time, <br>don't do your usual habits that waste your time. Try a new things, sports and new activities.<br><br>You can't lose weight easily, you have to suffer.          <description><![CDATA[<div>My favourite restaurant in Qatar is T.G.I Fridays. they have different branches all around Doha, including one in Landmark and other one near Salwa road. The staff there are always very vibrant and lovely and always give you the traditional care. They have different variety of foods, it’s tasty, spicy, crunchy and in over all it’s delecious. The prices at the restaurant are a bit expensive, because the restaurant is for ocations and celebrations. They have a nice service, the order will be brought to your table at a reasonable time. They also have a good design and they always put on lovely music.<br>At the end, i would recommend it to my friend because i had a great time there. </div>]]></description>
