We do know they had a written language, but only a few sentences on pottery and amulets. Also scientists cannot yet read the language. The most know ancient city was called the Harappa. It was founded by the remains by archaeologists in 1922. The names of the archaeologists were Dr. D.R. Sahni and Dr. R.D. Banerjee. While they discovered this ancient city. They were amazed by how the Harappa civilization did all what they discovered. By how they planned all the buildings, architecture, the way they had arts and crafts, and the social aspects of the city. Then as they went into deeper discovery. The reason is because they had everything you needed in daily life. They had homes that they built on their own. Had clothing so they could cover up themselves. Had entertainment for joy. Also had food so they could survive for a long time.
