         <title>Personal Example</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I realized that getting more sleep would improve my daily life, I made a plan. I gave myself a month to get into a solid routine of sleeping 8 hours a night. It's important to evaluate your situation and choices from time to time because it's easy to get caught up in daily life and ignore our health. The textbook stated, "Like all goal setting, the first step in the process is to evaluate your current situation regarding your health and then ask your self what you really want to achieve," (8). After a month I re-evaluated my sleep and how it as effecting me. Overall,  I felt more energized and was getting more work done. This has benefited me greatly and I am still trying y best to achieve this goal every month.. </div>]]></description>
