Discrimination - Jack not accepting Piggy around his tribe  because he's different than the others
Dictatorial leadership - Jack had complete control over his tribe and used violence against the other tribe
Laziness - None of the kids would help build shelters and they were too lazy to keep the fire going
Disrespect for others - Calling Piggy names and making fun of his asthma
Crime rate - Several murders, theft, and arson
