Growing up, ADHD wasn't a term familiar to anyone, especially not for girls. My struggles were labelled as “too quiet”, laziness, forgetfulness, to being “too much”. As a teenager and young adult, I oscillated between masking my differences and in destructive coping mechanisms. It was a tough journey marked by self-doubt and isolation.

Today, with a BA (Hons), Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), NASENCO (Qualified SENDCo), a Post-Graduate Certificate in SEND and Inclusion, and an MSc in Child and Adolescent Mental Well-being, I'm determined to shed light on the experiences of neurodivergent people. I’ve faced the challenges of SEND, ADHD, auditory processing issues, fertility struggles, and body image concerns firsthand, and I understand the immense pressure to conform.

This resource is my way of reaching out to those who feel lost, misunderstood, or alone. I promise to be your advocate, and your biggest cheerleader.
