Procedure:

First, you will have to heat the oven to 180°C. Put butter and sugar in a bowl and mix; When you´re mixing in a bowl add eggs until the mixture gets creamy. In a bowl you will put the flour cocoa, the yeast, the salt, the milk and the juice; You will beat all these ingredients.
 
Second, You will take the molds where you are puting some of papers and you will fill 2/3 parts. You will bake 20 or 25 minutes. You will let cool on a rack.
 
Third, You will cut a circle of 1cm deep, you going to fill it with jam and finish with the cream, you will decorate with raspberries and the top cut in two.
