Professional Enabling staff i.e. post award project managers. UKRI indicate funding is eligible above 'what would be normally expected' as general enabling activity, but what do they define as 'normal'?

Steering group/advisory board members. Is it standard practice amongst other universities to include these contributors as 'project partners' because they are giving time in-kind? If so, does that mean letters of support should be included for each member?

Specialist role. Has anyone used this role for public contributors effectively? Does anyone have a clearer idea of what 'lived experience' encompasses.
