Hello , my name is Muhammad Luqman Hakim bin Amirrudin , I'm from Raub , Pahang and as for right now I'm 23 years old. My primary interest resolve around gaming. I often daze off into sky as I found the color of "blue" is very soothing to daze into or I should've just said its my favorite color. Today, I came across a GIF of Kermit the Frog falling off a building, and somehow, it felt like a snapshot of my life. Not in the dramatic, literal sense, but in how it mirrors the moments when I am thrown into situations I am not ready for.

As an INFP, I tend to overthink and get lost in my own world. But when the spotlight suddenly turns to me, everything crumbles. It happens a lot, especially when I am called out to give a speech or answer something in public. My hands start to sweat, my mind blanks out, and my heart feels like it is running a marathon. In those moments, I feel like I am freefalling, hoping to grab hold of anything to steady myself.

At 22, I am still figuring out how to navigate these moments. Gaming has become part of my life. In games, I can strategize, respawn, and try again without judgment. I am free to make mistakes, learn from them, and come back stronger. If only real life came with a respawn button.

The truth is, I often feel nervous about failing or being judged. It is not easy to admit, but I know this nervousness is a part of who I am. Sometimes I wish I could just switch off the anxiety and step confidently into every situation, but that is not how life works. I remind myself that growth happens in discomfort. Every awkward speech, every shaky voice, and every moment I stumble is helping me build resilience.

Despite my nerves, I do enjoy seeing the humor in my struggles. I mean, if I am going to embarrass myself, I might as well laugh about it later, right? Life is too short to be taken too seriously.

I know I am not perfect, and that is okay. Being an INFP means I embrace my perception and emotions, even when they get overwhelming. At the end of the day, my journey is uniquely mine, with all its trait, nervous flails, and moments of quiet.

I am a perpetual listener to podcasts. There is something incredibly gratifying about plugging in my earbuds, pressing play, and immersing myself in conversations that speak to me, stimulate my mind, and test my thoughts. In an ocean of podcasts that exist, there is one that has secured a spot in my daily routine and in my heart: "Keluar Sekejap."

On first impression, "Keluar Sekejap" may seem like another political podcast. Trust us, though, when we say that it is anything but routine. Presented by Khairy Jamaluddin and Shahril Hamdan, this is not a podcast that only focuses on analyzing political strategies or reading out from the headlines. It's where frankness is matched with wisdom, heavy topics are flavored with humor, and both hosts add their respective flavors to the dish.

One thing I love is how these hosts complement one another. The quick wit and wealth of experience from Khairy are matched perfectly with Shahril's critical thinking style and energetic personality. There's an undeniable chemistry between them, and one realizes they're not merely co-hosts but partners in collaboration with high regard for one another. It makes for lively conversation and prevents there ever being a lull. Listening to "Keluar Sekejap" is no longer a hobby; it's part of my journey towards personal development. The podcast has enlightened me on how policymaking really works and how vital it is to keep us knowledgeable. Most importantly, it has educated me that learning about politics is not just meant for politicians or reporters. It's meant for every Malaysian willing to help create a better future.

This week, my group and I started brainstorming ideas for our podcast project. I’m working with Aida and Afifah, and choosing a topic has been quite the journey.

We initially leaned towards discussing a recent controversy involving a popular influencer who faced backlash over an insensitive comment they made online and a recent controversial issue regarding improper dressing at events. It was a hot topic with lots of perspectives to unpack, but we soon realized it might be too sensitive or divisive to cover directly.

It’s fascinating to see how social platforms influence not just trends, but also the way people engage with important social issues. Our focus will be on how young Malaysians are progressed toward liberation over time to time.

This stage of planning showed me the importance of picking a topic that’s timely yet thoughtful. I’m eager to dive into this subject and see how our final podcast turns out!

For Week 8, we were tasked with creating a 10-second intro for a podcast, only a few seconds to introduce ourselves and say hello. It didn't sound like much, and really it was not, but it was not as easy to come by as it had initially sounded.

The name for my podcast that I had created was "Luq log," a play on my name, Luqman, and "log" as in personal journal. I wanted it to have a relaxed sound, like an audio journal where I would have the freedom to ramble on about anything and everything. Short and memorable, just how I had envisioned.

The recording was relatively simple, but it took two tries for me to have it sound just as I wanted. I wanted it to sound pleasant and easy to understand without sounding too formal. I recorded it on my cell phone this occasion because I didn't have equipment handy, and it was ideal for a short recording like this.

Editing on Audacity was quite a breeze as there was not much to add except eliminating long pauses and adjusting volume levels. It was an easy and quick job overall, but it provided an opportunity for experimentation and creativity, even with a 10-second introduction.
