As people of God, we are given the responsibility to take care of His Creation as it is His gift to us and our only home. As I listened to the ecological realities that were emphasized by Ms. Lea Guerrero, I realized that our home is indeed in need of help from all of us. Thus, we need to really start putting our plans into action. 

My faith is telling me to join in initiating the collective change that the Creation and the poor are longing for. Sometimes, I find it hard to determine how I can be of help because there are a lot of issues to address. Thus, I believe that my faith is telling me to look for ways on how I will be able to help God's creation and the poor despite the limitations that may hinder me from doing so. 

As an individual, I will start by changing my lifestyle. I will ensure that I will avoid using things that are not eco-friendly, and make sure that I dispose waste properly at home and in public. Even though I was in the comfort of my home, I felt drained and frequently experienced burnout. However, as soon as things started going back to the way it was, I felt God's greatness more than ever. 

With this, God calls me to strengthen my faith in Him. As I strengthen and deeply value my faith in God, I will have the courage and power to fulfill my duties and responsibilities as His follower. My faith in Him serves as the foundation of my service and actions towards my neighbors, most especially the marginalized sectors of the community, allowing them to feel too the loving presence and greatness of God. 

As I face new challenges and obstacles this year, I promise to pray to God not only for guidance and strength but also to increase my faith in Him.
