I do think there is a line manager education piece to help hiring line managers articulate their needs better, network effectively to build their own pipeline. Talent engagement is a line manager capability in itself.

The HR support and help in cascading and communicating and influencing on this very difficult subject was every bit as important and also brilliant in execution.
