         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would like to try new workout routines. I want to do more complicated workout routines and challenge myself. I’ll start by 3/6 and finish by June 1st. I want to start it on a saturday to start fresh instead of starting in the middle of the week. First I would like to continue working out just like I am doing currently. I won’t increase or decrease the number of days that I’m resting. However, for a week I’ll try doing the easier routines that I can do right now, then the next week I’ll try doing 2 complex workout routines and 2 easy workout routines. Every 2 weeks I’ll try to increase the complex workout routines and decrease the easy ones. However, I’ll take it slow so I won’t be overworking myself. I'll finish my goal by June 1st. :)<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My fitness goal is to increase my daily steps from ~2,000 to 5,000 everyday. I can take longer walks everyday than the ones I only sometimes take. Everyday, I will walk for 50 minutes rather than 30 minutes in order to increase my daily steps. I have a FitBit that tracks how many steps I am taking. I can also put a timer on it to let me know when my walk is over and if I can stop or continue to reach my goal. Most likely weather will be the biggest obstacle for right now, but now that the seasons are changing, the only concern is rain. I will continue to walk outside or follow a walking video inside if need be. This goal is very realistic for me to achieve and is doable in the next few months. I have already been consistently walking for about 2 months; increasing how much longer I’m walking isn’t impossible. I will continue from yesterday March 1st, and I will achieve this goal by June 1st.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My personal goal is to practice guitar for at least 15 minutes everyday. I can make a small portion of time out of my day after school to just completely focus on practicing. I do speed practices and cover songs, so I can record on my phone at least once a week and listen back to how much progress I’ve made through cleaner and more accurate sound. If I’m particularly stressed or anxious some days after school, I can always do my work first and <em>then</em> practice so I can more easily focus when I’m playing. This goal is very realistic for me as I’ve already been practicing for 4-5 days a week, but increasing to 6-7 days isn’t impossible and is very doable for me to do. I will start Sunday, March 7th and I will achieve this goal by June 30th.</div>]]></description>

The screen time part of your settings will show if your time has increased or decreased from the previous work. I will check my screen time for that day everyday before I go to sleep. Yes this is an action that I can take. As long as I stay determined and motivated then I will be able to complete my goal. The only thing that I could be prevented from achieving this goal is by me not following my timers. This goal is very realistic for me to achieve. I just need to find alternatives for what I can do when I’m not on my phone.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I want to do 6-8 regular pushups I currently can only do 2-3. I would do modified pushups and than try to do pushups. I will do this for like 15 min I will incorporate this into my workout which i do 3-4 times a week. I know when my goal is achieved is when it becomes easier to do complete 7 pushups. At time I might not feel motivated and feel lazy so I will not be able to do it on some day but I’ll push myself. I think that’s it’s definitely doable because I will be practicing it 3-4 times a week and it hopefully become muscle memory. I will start this Monday Mar 1 and will achieve this goal by June 1st. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[I want to go to sleep by 11:30 pm and wake up by 7:00. I will set up an alarm that reminds me to go to sleep, and I will finish all the things I need to do by 10:30. I will know when my goal is accomplished when I have more energy and I’m in the habit of waking up and going to sleep at my designated time. Something that will most likely prevent me from achieving my goal is if I procrastinate during the day which means I have to do them during night time which will affect my sleep schedule. I will overcome this obstacle my doing less procrastination and motivating myself to finish my work early. I think that this goal is doable because I have enough time for it to go into my regular routine and become a regular habit. I will start this monday Mar 1 and will achieve this goal by June 1st.

I will measure my progress by doing some workout videos which I will know how long I workout for. I can also set up a timer. A way to prevent from being unmotivated or being lazy is to watch other people working out or motivational videos of people doing motivational things would help me from not losing my motivation but if there are days that I don’t feel like it then I won’t force myself.          <description><![CDATA[<div>To achieve this goal, I will have to wake up early at 5 AM, and get dressed in athletic wear. Also, I would decide which day of the week I would run. I will be running for 20 minutes at least once a week. I can measure my progress by recording when I run in my fitness journal on Google Classroom. To achieve this goal, I will finish my homework at night. Sometimes, if the assignment is due the next day in the morning, I won’t complete it until the morning of. To do this I will remove my phone from my workspace and use Pomodoro, so I can go on my phone during breaks. This goal is doable in the next few months if I dedicate myself and follow a morning schedule. I want to achieve this goal by June 1st. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Studying for AP Exams</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I will create a study page + schedule on my Notion to adhere to so I can remain organized and on track. I will complete pages in my review books, complete my APHG textbook chapter notes, and watch helpful/advice videos on YouTube. In addition, I can use Pomodoro so I can practice completing work in a reasonable time frame and know when to take breaks. I can measure my progress by completing a habit tracker and a to-do list on my Notion. I will study for 1 hr per AP class a day. For me to be successful in achieving my goal, I will need to complete all of my homework before I study. Oftentimes, I leave my homework until the last minute. To prevent this situation from occurring, I will be going on a digital detox where I limit my use of social media apps (my vices) to 3 hrs per day. I would place my phone in another room to prevent myself from being distracted, since my device isn’t so readily available to grab. To remain motivated, I can look at inspiring quotes I can place in my Notion and planner to embody the scholar I want to be. This goal is realistic to achieve if I apply myself and manage my time properly. I want to achieve this goal by June 1st.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Steps I will take to achieve this goal is to write down in my planner what time I will start running, and finish running 30 mins later from that time, for 2 days every week, the day does not matter. Afterschool I will reflect on the day, and write in my planner the class I choose to study for. I will set a timer while I study. I will study on weekdays for 30 min at least 3 times a week. Yes, the goal is an action I need to take depending on the class/topic I can decide what website I use. It can be delta math, castle learning, or AP Classroom/Quizlet. Something that might prevent me from reaching my goal can be if I have too many assignments or I feel unmotivated, if this happens on a certain day I can overcome this by studying for a minimum of 10 minutes not to get overwhelmed. I think this goal is realistic 30 minutes is not too much of a time to be studying and it won’t always be the same class/topic since it can alternate.The best time to achieve this goal is weekdays after school. </div>]]></description>

I also have to pick which workout videos I want to follow. I can measure my progress by seeing how many times I have worked out 2x a week consistently. These workout videos vary in time but I will try to keep them at about 15-20 min. Something that can prevent me from following my goal is un motivation or laziness. I will try to overcome these obstacles by thinking about the satisfaction I will have after achieving the goal. This goal is realistic for me to achieve, it is just 2 times a week so I will not feel overwhelmed. I can also download an app for foods that can count the calories that I should eat. I can measure my progress by the food app which can tell me if I have progressed.  Not buying a lot of junk food can help me achieve my goal because I won’t see a lot of junk food in front of me. I think this will be a little challenge to leave junk food for a while. I can probably eat junk food for a bit, and when days pass by I can start eating less. I know it will take time but I can try because this is a goal that I want to achieve. I will probably start next week and finish it by June 1st. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would like to limit my daily sugar consumption. I plan to lower my daily sugar intake to be about 100-120 calories per day.. I’ll know that I’ve completed my goal when I follow through with my three month goal. I can have certain mishaps but if I mostly follow through, only a week's worth of not following through. To prevent myself from having a cheat day- eating food high in sugar- I’ll log my calorie intake and search up food low in sugar. I’ll try to keep myself away from temptation like fast food, junk food, and sugary drinks. I’ll also try talking with kids from my class who have similar dietary goals ( I know most people want to cut out sugar). I think this goal is doable in the next few months because I'm already  weaning myself of sugar, and I’m doing pretty good. Also even if I can't achieve my goal just trying to achieve it will do wonders for my health.I will start my goal on March 4th 2021 and finish June 1st 2021. Wish me good luck.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I would like to be able to do 25 consecutive pushups, and or pull-ups I’m not picky- by the end of the year. I will know my goal is achieved when I can do 25 consecutive pushups. 25 is the average amount of pushups a girl my age can do. It’ll mean I’ve gotten my upper body strength up. I also want to make sure I don’t feel tired after completing the pushups. To achieve my goal I’ll start out small doing about 2 or three pushups a day. I’ll begin increasing the number of pushups as I go along. I’m going to set up certain benchmarks to make sure I’m on the right track. By April 2nd I need to be able to do 15 pushups. This goal is doable because I know women who can do 50 or 60 pushups, 25 is attainable. I think it’s a hard goal for me since I can’t do more than 3 pushups currently- but hey isn’t that the point of working to a goal. I need to finish this goal by June 1st.</div>]]></description>
