Hi Rhea it’s sad to see a like-minded souls disappear from the scene. I have admired your behaviors and results delivered. But ofcourse I respect your personal choice made - and it makes my admiration only larger for you. Family comes first, every time, even though it must have been a tough decision. I wish you tremendous success in the new job, and I know you will succeed. As the title implies I hope we can reconnect soon.

For the past 19 years, we've not only been colleagues but have also built a cherished friendship that extends far beyond the walls of our workplace. Your absence will certainly be felt by all of us. I will always cherish the memories we've created both in and out of the office.

I have always wanted a colleague who are enablers, always moving forward, without forgetting relevant behaviors needed as a leader. Your deliberate perspective on how WE as a TEAM, should respect each one professionally, are to me, a MUST for motivating leaders.

I guess TIME has always been an anti-hero. But even if it took a short time to know who you are as a colleague, I salute you for your leadership and work ethics. No one can challenge that! And I will be the 1st to protect that reputation.

….. well what do i say to one who so warmly welcomed me when i entered the doors of Prime Energy …. Hello but i will never say goodbye . Thank you for the kindness and the friendship you so unselfishly shared with me, i love the whisky laughters we shared . Being a visayan yourself made Prime Energy feel like home, thank you too for the patience of teaching an old dog all those technical terms and the wherewithals of the business …. in idiot terms 🤪 to say i will miss you would be an understatement, i will always long for those whiskey toast, the laughter we shared, the panglibak… i wish your continued success and happiness as you embark on this your new adventure … dont be a stranger … Amping kanunay Rheee !!!

Rhee, there are not enough words to describe the mix of emotions I feel in writing this note. One part of me is very sad and regretful, wishing we had more time so I could see you through blazing the trail as CEO of your own Prime company! But another part of me is also very happy and proud that you are given this opportunity by a good Filipino company (kahit tampo ako sa kanila, LOL) to achieve exactly the same thing - to blaze the trail, in a different business, but in your own hometown this time, close to your family. I pray these coming months will be smooth and safe as you make the transition to your new role. Always remember that you’ve got your Prime Energy family behind you, supporting you every step of the way, always praying for your continued success. We love you and we will miss you.
