         <title> Interpersonal skills, someone who can show emotional intelligence and can communicate effectively with staff, students, parents and outside agencies/other schools. You need to be able to manage time, teams, equipment and money to improve the Physical Education within the school. Subject specific knowledge with a great passion for PE. Someone who wants to make an impact to not only the PE in the school but also to the individual pupils. Setting high expectations for pupil’s attainment, safety and participation to encourage all the children to get involved and create a love for learning.Being able to lead and manage the subject team and be able to observe other teachers within the subject and provide constructive feedback to develop subject knowledge and confidence within the area. Other attributes include data management, being able to use technology to enhance learning, being able to respond to the strengths and needs of all pupils.</title>
