Someone who wants to make an impact to not only the PE in the school but also to the individual pupils. Setting high expectations for pupil’s attainment, safety and participation to encourage all the children to get involved and create a love for learning.Being able to lead and manage the subject team and be able to observe other teachers within the subject and provide constructive feedback to develop subject knowledge and confidence within the area.
