KWSP 

1.      The presenter used the same intonation which was a horizontal intonation along the presentation . As a presenter he should use a rising intonation also falling intonation based on the situation related to the type of messages that he wants to deliver . So that , people can have a some kind of feeling about the message that he wants to deliver .

2.      The presenter was remain at the same place on the stage . He should walk around to the left and right of the stage to stay connected to the audience . Some audience might losses of their focus when only focus on the same view . If he could present his messages while take a little movement , it can attract the audience to focus more on him . 

3.      The presenter showed too many information in a one slide and did not show the part that he present during the presentation . He should just put a little information in every slide but still in informative way . Too many topics in one slide made audience confius of which part that he was talking about . 

4.      The presenter more likely told too much facts or datas from the slide which make audience could not focus in a long time . He should make the explanation more simple but still consist the important information that needed to deliver . 

5.      The presenter did not interact too much with the audience . He did not look to the audience much and just more focus on his slide .

DR . KHAIRIYAH

1.      The presenter started her speech with a good introduction which make sense to the audience . The introduction succeed to interact people to hear the speech because her speech most likely about her own experiences which something that audience never know or expect . 

2.      She used the falling and rise intonation in the right situation of the message . The intonation of the speech are important to bring a sense to the audience . Audience became more interested to hear from her because she put her emotions during the speech .  

3.      She used a simple slide such as picture that can interact people to see the view of the reality story based on her speech . The simple slide made audience easier to understand the story . 

4.      She managed to get the eye contact to the audience because she move herself to the each side of the stage and used the interesting words to attract people to know more about her speech .

1. The KWSP presenter speaks in a monotone voice which cause the presentation seems bored and not interesting so audience might disregards the information that the speaker gave as they cannot give their full attention while Dr. Khayriyyah speaks with emotions and volume her voice accordingly and it gets everyone attention as her speech seems so interesting.

2. The KWSP presenter gives too many facts in one slide which is hard for the audience to digest in a short time and the information given in his slide seems dull and hard to understand and his speech is being too formal and informative . Meanwhile, Dr. Khayriyyah use visuals that grab the attention of the audiences and the visual are really suitable with the speech she was giving and her speech seems more like a story rather than a formal speech which get the audiences to feel closer to her compared to the KWSP presenter.

3.Eventhough the KWSP presenter did walk around the stage, but the movement was limited. The KWSP presenter did not even maintain an eye contact with the audiences while Dr. Khayriyyah walk around and seems comfortable while giving her speech .Dr Khayriyyah even maintain good eye contact with the audiences throughout her speech making the audiences paying attention to her speech.

1)      The first presenter uses visual such as charts to display data.

The second presenter uses visual such as pictures to attract the audiences.

 

2)      The first presentation is more to an informative speech as the speech mainly consists of data and facts.

The second presentation is more to a sharing speech as the speech consists of her personal experience.

 

3)      The first presenter does not maintain a good interaction with the audiences. He is looking at the ground frequently.

The second presenter maintains a good interaction with the audiences such as eye contact and body language.

1.       Content. The presentation of the KWSP presenter was factual as it consisted a lot of data and facts. In contrast, the presentation of Dr Khairiyah was more to a sharing of her experience. She included a lot of personal stories in her speech which captivated the audiences.

 2.       Visual graphics. There were too many graphs and information in the slide of the KWSP presenter which made the audiences feel confusing and lost in his presentation. In contrast, Dr Kkhairiyah used a simple slide to bring the context of her speech so that the audiences can understand what she was saying easily.

 

3.       Dr Khairiyah connected well with the audiences. She modulated her tone, controlled her voice and speed in the presentation. This successfully grabbed the audience’s attention. On the other hand, the presentation of the KWSP presenter was quite boring. He did not modulate his tone and this made him sounded more like a robot who was just memorizing the speech.

Differences I found in the videos; 

1.       The effectiveness of the usage of visual material. The kwsp video put too much information in one slide while Dr Khairiyah shows only a picture in a slide. 

2.       The intonation used by the presenter in the kwsp video is monotonous while Dr Khairiyah used the right tone at the right time. 

3.       The engagement with the audience. 

4.       Usage of body gestures and eye contact.

The KWSP presenter using visual like data and graph to present to the audience that it can make the audience feel bored compare to Dr Khairiyah who using more visual like picture to attract the attention of the audience to focus on her presentation.

The differences between Video 1 and  Video 2 are:

1)      Content. In Video 1, presenter talked more about the information using the visual  graphic and his speech was boring compared to Video 2 which was the presenter talked more about her experiences and this make her speech more interesting compared to Video 1 that only talked about information.

2)      Tone voice and the way deliver information. In video 1, his voice was quiet slow and the way he delivered his information was fast compared to Video 2 which was great and the way she delivered her message was smooth. Audiences will pay more attention on Video 2 compared to Video 1 because of her tone  voice and the way she deliver her message.

3)      Eye contact. In  Video I, the presenter has less eye contact with his audience compared to Video 2. He just looked in front of him and not has fair eye contact with his audience. His audience will not pay attention on his speech. In Video 2, she has a fair eye contact with her audience which is she always looked around her. Her audience will pay full attention on her speech.

2) the talk about KWSP is more on fact and data. This makes the presenter is less familiar with the information and thus he keep pausing within the sentence such as 'erm....' 'a....' while Dr Khairiyah's talk is on her experience and that is why she can talk fluently and with confidence. 

3) the presenter keep looking at the screen which makes the eye contact with audience is lesser while compared to Dr Khairiyah. Dr Khairiyah does not depends on the slides for her talk. 

4) the slides for KWSP is too packed with information and this will makes the audience not interested to read it. Meanwhile Dr Khairiyah's slides include the photos of herself as the talk is about her experience. This can make the talk more interesting 

5) Dr Khairiyah used the stage well as she walked around the stage. While presenter of KWSP just move his steps within the small area. He couldn't walk around the stage freely as he rely on the slides.

The differences between the both of the videos: 

1. Body Language
The presenter of KWSP does not have much body language as he always looking at the screen while Dr. Khairiyah have more body language and do have eye contact with the audiences.

2. Style of Presentation
The content of the presenter of KWSP is quite boring as he talked about some information using the graphic and some visuals compared to Dr. Khairiyah was quite interesting as she is sharing her experiences.

3. Intonation 
The presenter of KWSP didn't use much of intonation to present his speech while Dr. Khairiyah was using the right intonation at the right time. Therefore, this thing can make Dr. Khairiyah being quite interesting compare to the presenter of KWSP.

1) The kwsp presenter use the visual about fact and explain it based on the slide while dr khayriyyah start her speech with her own experience and this type of explanation can attract the audience to hear what does she talk. 

2) the body languange use by the kwsp presenter not too much because he more focused to the slide when explaining while dr khayriyyah have more body languange and also do eye contact to the audience when she talk. 

3) the voice use by the kwsp presenter is much more clearer than dr khayriyyah. He also use a good intonation when he explain his slide. 

NUR HAZIMAH BT MOHD FAUZI (144366)

 1. The KWSP presenter gave too much information in one slide. It makes the audience difficult to digest all the information given in one shot while Dr. Khairiyah talked based on her experience and that's makes the audience easy to understand.                    
 
 

2. The KWSP presenter talked makes the audience feel bored because his intonation is too flat. Dr. Khauriyah delivered her messages with a good intonation which are smooth and convincing. That makes the audience attract to listen what she is talking about.  
 
 

3. The KWSP presenter used pie chart, graph and diagram to show the result of analysis while Dr. Khairiyah used pictures to capture the situation. 
 
 

4. The KWSP presenter didn't make eye contact with the audience frequently. He looked down and seems like he memorize the data and try to deliver to the audience. Dr. Khairiyah makes eye contact frequently which it can connect the speaker and the audience. The information would effectively deliver to the audience.

- The KWSP speaker presented a factual presentation which consists a lot of statistics and data. He also did not presented in a hilarious way which will make the audience easier to understand his messages. This may caused the audience to feel boring. 

-Dr Khairiyah’s presentation was more passionate and it based on her own stories which will catch the interest of the audience.

 

- The KWSP presenter did not always has eye contact with the audience as he kept looking down throughout the presentation which will make the audience to feel uncomfortable. Connection between the presenter and audience was failed. 

- Dr Khairiyah did smile and eye contact to the audience throughout the presentation. The audience will focus on her and put full attention on her presentation.

 

-The KWSP presenter presented with a very flat tone that his voices did not go up and down. 

-Dr Khairiyah’s tone during her presentation was more modulated compared to the KWSP presenter. Her voice throughout the presentation was controlled and pleasant to listen to.

1.     The KWSP presenter used more visual graphics such as bar graphs and chart that are quite boring  compare to Dr. Khayriyyah who used images that attracts audience’s attraction.

 

2.     The KWSP presenter has less eye contact and hand movements compare to Dr Khayriyyah who move her hand and engaged with the audience.

 

3.     The KWSP presenter move to the left of the stage often to refer the data from the monitor compared to Dr Khayriyyah who actually walk around to he left and right side of the stage to have connected with the audience.

 

4.     The KWSP presenter’s intonation of voice was flat which makes the talk boring compared to Dr. Khayriyyah’s intonation of voice was better and grab the audience’s attention.

2.      The KWSP speaker uses the data visual to represent the data by using graph to make sure that his audience could be more attention on the number while Dr Khairiyah using the combination of image and graph to represent her speech that make be more attract the attention of the audience.

3.      Dr. Khairiyah uses the more body language compared to the KWSP speaker because Dr had the eye contact with the audience and moving her hand and walk around the stage that can avoid the audience from feel bored.

4.      The intonation of voice for the KWSP speaker is quite flat and did not have much changes of his tone while Dr. Khairiyah intonation is quite attractive because she speaks strong for the important content.
