1)      Rest Stops

a.       They are plentiful and geared towards families to traveling together

b.       They are cell towers on all major highways that allows you to connect by phone easily and cheaply. 

2)      Everyone in Society gets a national ID at birth that is tied to voting and driving and healthcare

3)      Businesses – grant incentives to business that enhanced the guests experiences to make them feel welcome. 

4)      Anyone who is found guilty of discrimination loses their business and cannot open a new one with truth and reconciliation discussion to make everyone whole again. 

 

Healthcare – 

1)      Having doctors trained to address specific health issues of African people. 

a.       We are often made to feel bad because we have specific issues

2)      Have education of health issues on a local scale to create more trust of the medical community

3)      Discuss honest non-western forms of medicine and give all the facts and let people choose the path for them, but ALL paths are regulated.

4)      Healthcare that is not free but paid for in a manner that no one pays when they go to the a medical facility – Universal Healthcare.
