a memorable experience would be wearing the ceremonial dress. Especially because recounting back all the previous sec 4s. Many of my seniors have probably not seen it. yet wear it. It showed me that, not many people are willing to try reach that far. Yet, i did. To others it may seem minor. But it is a huge win to me.

I feel quite tired considering that within the first month of 2024, there´s so much to do especially adding schoolwork ontop of that. I think that ¨Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard¨.

compared to other CCAs, we may lack in aspects like numbers. But that shouldn't limit us. At the end of the day. the soul of this CCA will be reflected bright for everyone to see.

some improvements to consider is getting everyone to come down for CCA. Only then, our PDC can be top-notch and our bonding days can be fun

I contributed by helping manage everything on behalf of Encik Wayne. Making sure that none of the cadets meets their creator. Ensuring that though we have fun, there still needs to be standard of a uniformed group.

Recruitment day was memorable as we got to showcase our skills as a CCA.
It was enriching because as we were showcasing our skills to the sec1s and preparing to do so, we also learnt many things along the way. For example, I learnt how to properly cook popcorn outdoors and how to handle a lighter and solid fuel.
We can play other ball games such as captains ball
I contributed in setting up the hula hoop activity and helping out in whatever I could

We can improve in the game make it more fun for the sec 1 let them play with all the sec3 and sec 2 and sec 4 is to be more competitive in our cca and let them have fun not to leave the cca

Awards and Ceremony Day which is also the Unit Bonding Day is my favourite as we get to know each other better through games and laughters. We also get to know each other’s hidden talent as we get to play games with each other. I felt happy as the USM as the cadets have improved and achieved so much although it’s only the start of the year.

Taking part in the recruitment day at the outdoor cooking station. The experience helped me to be closer to my juniors while working together at the station.
It was memorable as we showcased what we had learnt to the sec 1’s who were visiting our booth .
We can have a snack/ break time for everyone to cool down .
I helped out to set up the hoop showdown

1- a memorable experience is January is the recruitment day,i had a fun and enoyable time sharing to the sec 1's about this cca and what they can learn

2- i feel like this is a very important day as its a opportunity for the entire unit to be able to bond and work together more i feel like we should be able to treasure this moment and appreciate it

3- i feel like we can do the awards section faster and more efficiently to be able to have more time for activities another

What are your feelings and thoughts about this special day/for the month? (It was tiring and we had problems with the popcorn but we manage to do it)
What are some improvements which you can suggests for bonding say/the month? (More games or like games that can allow us to know each other better)

A memorable experience in January was when the squad got to gather together to recruit the secondary one students to our CCA.
I felt proud and happy of myself and my fellow CCA mates on their achievements.
We can go out as a squad to places that involves teamwork to strengthen our bond such as rock climbing.
I contributed to the bonding day by encouraging my CCA mates on their success.

one thing i enjoyed in January is the bonding time we did in cca
One feeling i had in january is happiness because that month was super fun
Maybe make bonding time every month and let the cadets choose what kind of activity to play
I contributed by clutching the team up

i was excited to be playing games and bonding with fellow cca cadets

We could other games such as kahoot quiz, the total defense cards, captain's ball, etc.
I got to win an award and played my turns in the hoops showdown

the most memorable moments was recruitment day where we get to bond with the sec 1 and teach them more about NCDCC. This month's was a exciting month because of the recruitment day as i enjoy asking the sec 1 to join and teaching them more about our cca. I feel like the award session and the bonding time was well done

1.Awards day is very memorable.

I felt happy because after practicing hard, I got promoted.
I suggest that they can put more variety of games.
I contribute by cheering for my members in cca.
I enjoyed this day because it has been a while since I bonded with the seniors in my cca so getting to bond with them make me happy.

1.The most memorable thing in January was requritmet day, we got to talk more about our cca's benefits to the sec 1. This month was a month where we got to learn more about our own cca. Bonding day was also really fun as we got to see the fun side of all the cadets .

1) I had the chance to wear Number 1 uniform during CCA orientation, my seniors who graduated did not have a chance to do so.

2) I felt quite lethargic and tired trying to catch up with schoolwork and CCA however I was happy that I was able to achieve the things i needed

3)Make the activities abit more physical(e.g. dodgeball)

4)I helped the Encik to set up the games

my most memorable experience in January was when we had our Sec1 tryouts.
I feel that it was truly an experience for me as i got to speak to the sec1s and hear about their opinions or thoughts while showing off our cca to them. Alhough we may not have many recruits, we ddi our best and i was feeling very tired but proud of myself for persuading so many sec1s to write their nams.
I suggest taht we add more fun outdoor activities
