Evidence 1- Wheelbarrow task 
1.Explain the activity
We was put into 2 teams by our teacher and given a set amount of time to build a wheel barrow out of plastic tubes and the connectors. We had to work as a team and communicate in order to build the best wheel barrow in that time.

2. What went well
we communicated well and built a good wheelbarrow. Everyone had a say in ideas which led us onto better structural builds.

3.What did not go well?
Even though the communication was good not everyone said an idea as they might have felt awkward as we didn't know each other at this point.

4.What would you change if you did it again? 
I would change the size of the wheel barrow so we could fit more stuff in it.

Evidence 2- Tower block task  
1.Explain the activity
This is where we had to build a tower out of the same material as the wheelbarrow in two groups in a set amount of time and the group with the biggest tower won

2. What went well
We built a decent tower that was sort of strong
3.Whatdid not go well?
Not everyone had a say as people wouldn't give their ideas as they felt awkward as we didn't know each other at this point.

4.What would you change if you did it again? 
My communication as I just stood there and didn't say anything as I felt awkward.

Evidence 3- Work

working at McDonalds cooking and preparing food to give to customers.

2. What went well
I have good communication and communicate when I need something, what I'm missing (out of an order) or to clarify what someone has said to me.

I was a bit quiet when i first started as I didn't really know how things worked

4.What would you change if you did it again? 
Ask for help.

I attend college everyday and I am on time and ready to learn.

I haven't missed a day of college and get all my work done
3.What did not go well?
Sometimes get distracted

Don't get distracted

Evidence 2- Crime and justice week 
1.Explain the activity
We had guest speakers in college and on teams
2. What went well
They gave us some advice on the criminal justice system and some of their experiences.
3.Whatdid not go well?
I didn't find it interesting so lost concentration
4.What would you change if you did it again?
Pay more attention, ask more questions and take some notes 

Evidence 3- Teachers 
1.Explain the activity
In PPL they teach us the different types of legalisation ready for the police
 2. What went well
I am starting to learn sections of pace and I enjoying learning about them.
3.What did not go well?
I could have looked into the pace before the lesson so I had some sort of knowledge about it before starting it.
