Also, I was exposed by the boss with the program called DBA Preview Programme that attracting people especially business people to further their study in Doctor Administration Business and this DBA Program is the second event and I also do send an invitation to all the participants to join this events.
I also started to send blast message to all the school counselor for them to invite their students to come and join our event Ekspo Pendidikan & TVET Kerajaan Negeri Pulau Pinang 2023 as we are targetting for SPM and STPM students for 2022 and 2023. In this company, I was in charge as project coordinator and also was place in marketing team. We do marketing and blasting the poster and invitation to our potential exhibitors and school principal and school counselor to get their attention.

On 15th August 2023, we were focusing on our new project which is training event called ‘DIY Your Own Corporate Event’ that was targeting Human Resource Manager to join and be part of us and they will be exposed on how to organize an event in a good way and also can cut their budget. My boss provided me the message draft for me to do email blasting and WhatsApp blasting but before that, I need to ask Ms Irene to double check and get her approval before blast the message. Then, I continued to do email blasting (bcc) for 223 email address and sent through WhatsApp for 23 contact.

16/08/2023:

On 16th August 2023, I was continuing my job role to send email blasting for our new training event project for 337 email address and 32 contacts for WhatsApp blasting. Then, I need to follow up with them through calling and asking whether they received our invitation email.

17/08/2023:

I started my job role by calling for 14 contacts to confirm they received our invitation email and continued to send email for 843 email address. Not only that, I also keep in touch and follow up with our potential client through WhatsApp to get their feedback and some of them already registered for the training event project. Next, I need to prepare on Marketing report to update all the feedback and responds from our client and sent to boss for him to check and keep in track with all the updates.

18/08/2023:

As usual, I continued to do email blasting and do WhatsApp blasting as this is my main job role at the moment. I also received new person in charge contact number after follow up with their company and I need to update in our Master Northern Career file for our database record. After that, I have to update in our official WhatsApp group for other's record as well.

19/08/2023:

On 19th August 2023, I managed to finish all the email blast to all the Penang side in Master Northern Career file and continued to do WhatsApp blasting. I also updated my Marketing report and Master Norther Career file and sent it to our official group for record.

20/08/2023 and 21/08/2023:
I was on leave during these two days for claiming my additional working hours.

On 23rd August 2023, I came back to office and continued my job role as usual. I sent an email blasting to 248 email address and by this, I managed to finish for Perak and Perlis side. Next, I continued to follow up with hotel and hospital Human Resource Manager by referring to Hotel & Hospital Contact List file. I also asking for the person in charge for training and received their email address as well as their contact number and updated in our database. I continued to call for 19 contacts in total on this day.

24/08/2023:

I continued my work as usual by sending email for 835 email address that was focusing on Master Central Career file, WhatsApp blasting for 37 contact and calling for 35 contacts. All the respond and feedback from the HR Manager will be directly updated in the Marketing report and uploaded in our official WhatsApp group for their record.

25/08/2023:

I started my day by do cleaning at office first then continued to do my job based on my job role for now which is focusing on doing email blasting and WhatsApp blasting, and do calling for an update from Human Resource Manager's side.

26/08/2023:

I continued to send email blasting for 638 email address that was focusing on Master Central Career file, do WhatsApp blasting for 42 contacts and got their feedback as well. I updated all the feedback in Marketing report and directly sent in our official WhatsApp group.

28/08/2023:

I started by day by sending email for 503 email address, do WhatsApp blasting for 50 contacts, and calling for 42 contacts in total. All the feedback that I received directly update in Marketing report and submit to our official WhatsApp group for their record.

We received a good news as one company already registered for 2 seats for our training event project. I was asked by my boss to do email drafting as on 30th September 2023 was the last dat for our Early Bird Promotion (Buy 1 Free 1 ticket). After that, I need to send the email draft to our boss and my supervisor, Ms Irene for them to review and approve so that I can continue to do my email blasting as usual. I was requested to collect the contact number for person in charge for training for Shopping Mall in Penang area and after that I need to record their email and contact number in Master Shopping Mall contact list file.

30/08/2023:

Today is the last day working before we celebrating Hari Kemerdekaan and start holiday on 31st August 2023. So I was requested to claim my additional working hour to have an on leave from 01 September 2023 to 02 September 2023. Besides, I was updating my allowance claim form and petty cash claim form and submit to our account department for her to review and approve. I managed to finish call all the shopping mall in Penang area to confirm whether they received our invitation email or not. Next, I was finished up to sent email blasting to all contacts in Master Northern, Southern, Central and East Coast Career file and Master Education file. Next, I submitted all the Master file in our official group as usual.

04/09/2023:

I came back to office to continue my job role. My boss was asked me to do renewal for e-Perolehan for our company. This is new experience for me and great opportunity as well as I gained a lot of knowledge about e-Perolehan as was explained by my boss.

05/09/2023:

We had meeting session with our main organizer for 'DIY Your Own Corporate Event' which is Ms Wilsyn from Synergy and she will explain everything regarding HRDC as this training event project can be claimed through HRDC. It means that the company that joined this training can claim for the fees through HRDC and they do not have to spend their own pocket money for this training. Next, I was requested to create one sheet called 'CONFIRM' in my Master Northern Career file. This is sheet is to separate the 'CONFIRM' company that already registered so that we would not sent the invitation email again to them.

06/09/2023:

We received new sample email address and I will use this new sample email to send email blasting and do WhatsApp blasting as well. After got an approval from my boss, Dr Francis and Ms Irene, I was continuing my job to sent email to all our potential client. After that, I need to update remark and status in each Master file and sent it to our official WhatsApp group.

07/09/2023:

I continued to send email blasting for 1091 email address and do calling for 22 company.  Before I went to office, I need to pick up a phone from my boss at his house as I need to pass the phone to our outsourcer, Mr Wong. After that, I straight away went to office and continued my job. I need to send email blasting for our second training project which is 'Managing Misconduct and Domestic Inquiry'. After settled, I have to update all the status and feedback in our Master file and Marketing file.

I received several list of potential company to follow up and after that I continued to call and sent WhatsApp asking for their interest towards our training event project. After settle, as usual I need to update in our Master File and Marketing report before sent to our official WhatsApp group.

13/09/2023:

I was checking for e-Perolehan along with our boss and after that I need to prepare a few document and do filing for e-Perolehan document. After settled for e-Perolehan, I continued to my main job role to sent email blasting as usual.

14/09/2023:

I was assigned by our boss to charge our walkie-talkie for overnight before he picked up at office. Next, I continued to sent email blast and WhatsApp blast for "DIY Your Own Event"  & "Managing Misconduct & Domestic Inquiry".

I sent email blasting for 394 email address and after that continued meeting with boss regarding an update for "DIY Your Own Corporate Event" training project and our new upcoming project. Then, I kept continuing in editing for boss PowerPoint and hand in to him once finished.

26/09/2023:

I was assigned to call and follow up with all the bank based on the list that have been provided by Ms Irene. I need to ask for the Training PIC and update their contact detail in Master File. Next, I have to update the latest number of employees of the company that we have called and after that, send email blasting for 281 email address. 

27/09/2023:

Today, I need to send email blasting for 531 email address and continued to follow up with some of company that have been listed by Ms Irene. After that, I have to update all the status and feedback in master Northern Career file as well as Marketing report. I do calling for 13 person as follow the list provided by Ms Irene.

28/09/2023:

Regarding our upcoming project that related with dormitory, I was assigned by boss to find out list of factory in Simpang Ampat, Mak Mandin, Bukit Minyak, Sungai Bakap and Batu Kawan. After that, I need to record all the contact number and email address in Excel file named Master Factory List 2023. Today, I was doing checklist for all the things that I received from PenExpo Events before I returned back to the company. I do cross check with the list and after that I asked Ms Irene to double check the list before sent it to boss for approval. Next, I was asked by Ms Wendy to transfer back petty cash that company provided for me before I leave. After settled transfer all the petty cash money, I sent the receipt in out official group as prove.

04/10/2023:

Today is my last day for internship and we had a small farewell party celebration at office. Our former intern, Mr Ng Wen Jin which is my internship partner also came together for celebrate my farewell party. After settle with the farewell celebration, I continued my cross check with the list of things I received from PenExpo Events before I asked Ms Irene to double check.
